What exactly is in a standard cleaning
- Kitchen
- worktops, hob front, cupboard exteriors, sink, microwave inside, fridge exterior, bins, floor.
- Bathroom
- toilet, basin, shower or bath, glass, grout, mirror, floor.
- Bedrooms
- bed made, dusting all surfaces, mirrors, vacuuming, floor.
- Living room
- dusting, TV screen, sofa vacuumed, tables, floor.
- Whole flat
- switches and handles, skirting boards, cobwebs, glass and mirrors streak-free, bins out, airing.
Not included (separate services): inside of fridge and oven, inside of cupboards, windows, mould removal, post-renovation cleaning. We don't do ironing or laundry.

FAQ
Do I need to be at home?
At the start, yes: we walk through the apartment together and agree on special spots and surfaces that need care. Anything else we agree on WhatsApp.
Do I need to buy cleaning products?
No. We bring all products and equipment, they are included in the price.
How do I pay?
MB Way, bank transfer or cash. You get an official receipt (recibo) for every payment.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Tell us on WhatsApp within 24 hours, and we come back and redo it for free.
Do you work on Sundays?
No. We work Monday to Saturday, 09:00–20:00.
Can I cancel or move the cleaning?
Yes, just let us know at least 4 hours before.
